Biosketch:

Dr. Dominic Moore is the Division Chief for Pediatric Palliative Care and an Associate Professor in the University of Utah School of Medicine. He serves as the Associate Program Director for the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship. Dr. Moore is the Medical Director of Palliative Care for Intermountain Healthcare, where his mission is to ensure the highest quality palliative care is available to all people. He is a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society and has focused his academic work on responsible prescribing, self-care for providers, and the role that spirituality plays in healthcare interactions. Dr. Moore enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and writing/recording music.
