Biosketch:

Dr. Zinner pursues clinical, education, and research interests with a strong focus on psychosocial and behavioral aspects of neurodevelopment. Within the subspecialty field of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics (DBP), Dr. Zinner has particular interest in Tourette syndrome and its associated conditions, including Attention Deficit Disorders, learning disabilities, and anxiety disorders, among others, in the context of family, school, and other social influences. Dr. Zinner provides outpatient care services with the Neurodevelopmental Clinic at Seattle Children's Hospital; and with the University of Washington Autism Center. He is the coordinator for the pediatrics resident core DBP rotation. Current research activities center on a Tourette syndrome international multi-site collaborative genomic project. Dr. Zinner served as a member of the medical advisory board for the national Tourette Association of America from 2001 - 2014.
