Services Provided: First Nations Community Healthsource's Social Support Services Program's mission is to provide assistance to American Indians residing in Albuquerque whose family income is as or below 80% of the median family income with their housing, legal documents, vocational, financial, food, clothing, rental and other needs. Services Provided: This program provides parenting educational services, child developmental guidance and local community resource information to families with children prenatal to three in the home or alternative locations at the familys request. Prenatal home visits provide information on health, nutrition, preparing for the birth of the child and child development. Information is also provided on attachment and relationship with infants, breastfeeding, impact of alcohol, tobacco and drugs on pregnancy, seatbelt use, birth control after pregnancy, premature labor, oral heath for mother and infant, folic acid, weight control and diabetes. All pregnant women are screened for depression and domestic violence issues. Families of children birth to three receive child developmental screenings, observation of attachment behaviors between infant/toddler and parent/caregiver, administration of a social support index to assist families with identifying informal support networks and administration of the PICCOLO to assist families with establishing positive interactions with their infants or toddlers. Referrals are provided to community agencies/services as necessary.

Services Provided: PB&J provides early intervention, parenting education, therapeutic preschool, intensive therapeutic counseling, support, prevention, and case management services to at risk children and families. Transportation is also provided to center and home based programs. PB&J provides a continuum of wraparound services based on family needs.Two therapeutic classrooms, staffed with at least two Family Intervention Specialists, licensed clinicians including Master's Level Counselors and Social Workers, Art and Play Therapists and Nursing services including a Family Nurse Practitioner. This PB & J Therapeutic Preschool is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children NYC. Children, birth to age five, and their parents attend class two hours a day, four days a week. Sessions focus on hands-on parenting, developmental, and behavioral issues.

Services Provided: Lincoln Jackson Family Center is home to many different services offered to the students and families in the Clovis Municipal School system. The Family Literacy Program provides four year olds with a quality preschool education. We also have Early Intervention classes for students two to four years old with special needs. The Family Leadership Institute empowers parents to become leaders in their families, schools and communities. Lincoln Jackson Family Center also offers adult education classes in ESL and Spanish GED. An after school program including tutoring and night activities is also available for secondary students. Jobs for American Graduates helps high school students prepare for the transition from high school to work. Family Services provides families with access to resources such as food, clothing, and transportation in order to help students attend school on a regular basis. The Migrant Program assists families transition to life in the United States.

Services Provided: Non profit food pantry that distributes groceries to low-income households, seniors, those with disabilities and whomever else is in need. We also provide sack lunches to the homeless. We maintain a clothing room that is open to all. To register for a food box, one must provide a valid picture ID New Mexico or otherwise and proof of residence in the area a utility bill/lease or rent agreement will suffice. Clients may obtain food boxes every other week. Food boxes are distributed to large families on Mondays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, boxes are handed out from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with Wednesdays designated for seniors. Sack lunches for the homeless are distributed from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30pm on Mondays, 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
