Services Provided: The Columbus Ben Archer Health Center BAHC site was established in 1998. Primary care service area for the BAHC in Columbus includes all communities in Luna County. Deming and Columbus are the larger population centers in Luna County. The primary care clinic is located at 626 Taft Street, an 8,000 square foot, modern medical facility that provides medical and dental services.Columbus, New Mexico, which is about 35-40 miles to the south of Deming, is a small rural community of approximately 1,475 residents located on the southern end of Luna County along the U.S./Mexico border. It's sister city, Puerto, Palomas, Chihuahua, Mexico is only three miles south of Columbus and has a larger population estimated at anywhere between 3,000 to 10,000 depending on whose estimates are used. These two isolated communities depend very closely upon one another, with both relying heavily on agriculture as the dominant economic force in the region. Due to their relative isolation and lack of infrastructure, resources are scarce on both sides of the border. Medical and dental services are offered to all individuals regardless of ability to pay. The primary care clinics for the medically indigent and medically under served provide a range of health care services which include primary medical, dental and behavioral health care, health education, transportation, referral services to physicians and hospitals, limited laboratory services, x-ray and eligibility determination for assistance programs. Services Provided: La Casa Behavioral Health LCBH, a community-based behavioral center, located in Roswell, NM at 110 E. Mescalero opened its doors to the citizens of southeastern New Mexico on June 16, 2015. LCBH provides continuity of care to clients of former agencies as well as new clients regardless of their socioeconomic status. Most staff are both English and Spanish speaking. Services Provided: The T or C Ben Archer Health Center BAHC site was established in 1994. Primary care service area for the BAHC in T or C includes all communities in Sierra County. Eligibility: Individuals who cannot afford their prescription medication. The average household income to qualify for the Prescription Care program: -Individuals earning around $30,000 per year. -Couples earning around $50,000 per year. -Increased income guidelines for additional members of the household.
Services Provided: Prescription Care is a full service medication access company that researches available sources of assistance, enrolls eligible individuals in patient available assistance programs, handles ongoing refill processing and maintains enrollment.

Prescription Care assists eligible individuals access FDA-approved prescription medications. Prescription Care is not an insurance plan or discount card. Prescription Care staff identify all available sources of assistance for the individual and handle the ordering, managing, tracking, on-time refilling and renewal of medications.

The cost for Prescription Care is $49.00 per month for each medication Prescription Care can assist. Final approval is determined by each assistance program and patients are not charged any fees if they are not approved.
