Services Provided: The rental on all 75 units is income-based, i.e. family pays 30% of their adjusted income, for rent and utilities and there is adjacent parking for all units. These complexes are located next to the Armijo Senior Meal Site and First Choice Medical Complex and within one block of the new Sheriff's Sub-station. Complex One is known as El Centro Familiar Senior Housing Complex, and is a gated community with all 54 units being equipped with fire and medical alarms. Complex Two is known as Seybold Village and contains 21 handicapped accessible units.

Services Provided: Comprehensive social services include: counseling, senior support services, transitional housing for women and children, family education, child care, early head starts, and immigration services. Professional therapeutic counseling offered on a sliding fee scale for individuals, couples, and families. Senior support services include homemaker services and volunteer support with transportation, friendly visiting, respite care, and telephone reassurance for seniors. The housing program helps the homeless find permanent housing. It ensures that a broad range of comprehensive and integrated services is provided to homeless families and individuals and families who have been recently evicted from their homes. Courthouse advocacy project provides rental assistance to families facing court-ordered eviction. Self-help housing in Valencia county provides case management support to habitat for humanity. Proyecto La Luz provides transitional housing, parent education, employment, and case management for homeless women and children. Family education offers English as a second language ESL, GED, family literacy, early headstart, child care, and vocational training.

Services Provided: EMT specializes in safe, sensitive and secure non-emergency medical transportation 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We offer both Wheel chair lift/ramp vehicles and late model minvans for ambulatory transportation services. We also offer non emergency stretcher services for those diagnosed as medically stable and unable to posturally support themselves for the amount of time required to transport.

Services Provided: The Rio Metro Regional Transit District operates two types of bus service in Sandoval County. The rural transit service and the Rio Rancho Dial-A-Ride. The rural transit service ties in outlying communities to Bernalillo and the New Mexico Rail Runner Express. The Rio Rancho Dial-a-Ride service is a Demand Response service for seniors and people with disabilities in Rio Rancho. Rio Rancho ParatransitRRP runs weekdays only and is a curb-to-curb transportation service for individuals 55 years of age and older, and for disabled adults 18 years of age and older. RRP serves Rio Rancho residents only and you must be registered to use the service. All buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts.Reservations-Rides must be reserved a minimum of 24-hours in advance. Services Provided: The Bonnie Dallas Senior Center offers a multi-dimensional program with a wide variety of leisure activities. The minimum age to participate in these activities is 50. The activities range from recreational to educational, active to passive, individual to group. Rio Metro offers specially equipped buses along with trained drivers to give persons with disabilities equivalent access to public transportation.The Rio Metro Regional Transit District operates Dial-a-Ride service to connect communities in Valencia County. Similar to Rio Rancho Paratransit service, Dial-a-Ride can accommodate anybody, including seniors and people with disabilities.
