Services Provided: First Nations Community Healthsource's Social Support Services Program's mission is to provide assistance to American Indians residing in Albuquerque whose family income is as or below 80% of the median family income with their housing, legal documents, vocational, financial, food, clothing, rental and other needs. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for American Indians and by assisting them with their basic survival needs.
