Services Provided: Public transportation service for the Clovis area. Through a cooperative effort, the City of Clovis, NM Public Transportation Programs Bureau, NM Department of Labor and NM Department of Human Services fund the delivery of services within the city limits. CATS provides curb to curb service. Reservations are requested a minimum of 1 day in advance, but should be made as early as possible to ensure the time requested can be granted. The passenger's out-of-pocket fare is 50 per trip with the above mentioned agencies funding the balance of the cost. Service is accessible to disabled persons. At the time the reservation is made the clerk should be made aware of the type of assistance that is required. At the present time CATS does not have fixed route service nor fixed bus stops. All service is demand response and reservations must be booked in advance.

Services Provided: The Clovis Fire Department CFD serves the citizens of Clovis and Curry County and was created in 1909 by a Municipal Ordinance. Employs 71-full-time employees, with 63 of them working three 24 hours shifts.
