Services Provided: Work Force Development Division-CSBG program provides states and Indian Tribes with funds to lessen poverty in communities. The funds provide a range of services and activities to assist the needs of low-income individuals including the homeless, migrants and the elderly. Workforce Investment Act WIA-the WIA-Youth Program HELP-NM serves youth age 14-21 in twelve counties throughout New MexicoNational Farmworkers Jobs Program NFJP-Assist migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families attain greater economic stability. HELP-NM offers the NFJP through its regional offices for the entire State of New Mexico.
