Services Provided: New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually Impaired Early Childhood Provides services for children age 0 to 3 who have a diagnosed visual impairment or who are considered to be at risk for receiving a visual impairment diagnosis in the state of New Mexico. In collaboration with New Mexicos Family, Infant, Toddler Program FIT and the Navajo Nation, NMSBVI provides an array of vision support services to families, children, and Early Intervention Programs. New Mexico families are not charged for NMSBVI vision services.
