Services Provided: Determination Services and Program Development and Supports PDS. The purpose of the agency is to place eligible persons with disabilities into employment which is commensurate with their skills and abilities, to promote independence, to promote economic sufficiency, and to promote inclusion of persons with disabilities in their communities.
