Since 2001, ABWL has served the Greater Albuquerque Community as a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization. The aim is to collaborate with others to provide the essential assistance for persons with developmental disabilities to achieve their full potential in all aspects of their lives, including employment, education, leisure, and relationships. ABWL also educates others about the challenges that persons with developmental impairments experience. ABWL provides community outreach information such as events and fundraisers.

Ensuenos y Los Angelitos provides early childhood and adult services. Adult Services include Living Supports - Family Living, Community Integrated Employment, Customized Community Supports, Living Supports - Supported Living, and Respite Services. Child Services include Special Instruction & Developmentally Appropriate Activities, Service Coordination, Speech & Language Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Vision Services, Hearing Services, Nutrition Services, Social Work Services, Psychological Services, Family Education & Counseling, Medical-Related to Diagnosis & Evaluation, Nursing Services, Health Services, Transportation Service, Respite, and Center-Based Playgroup - Ages 2-3 years of age.

ENMRSH, Inc. provides services to enhance the lives of adults with differing abilities and supports the development of children and families in our programs. Adult Services include: Community Integrated Employment Services, Customized Community Supports, Customized In-Home Supports, Environmental Modification Services, Independent Living Transition Services, Living Supports – Family Living, Supported Living, Intensive Medical Living, Non-Medical Transportation Services, Adult Nursing Services – Nursing Assessment and Consultation (LPN and RN), Personal Support Technology, Respite Services. Child Services include Early Childhood Services (FIT: Family Infant Toddler Program), Home Visiting, Infant Mental Health & Parent-Infant Psychotherapy, and Respite. Eligibility/Ages: No first-time parent requirements. Enroll prenatal until child is 3 years old. Serves Curry, De Baca, and Roosevelt Counties.

Angel Care of NM, Inc. provides Family Living, Customized Group and Individual Community Support, Respite, and Speech-Language Therapy. Angel Care of NM is a locally owned, New Mexico Developmental Disabilities Waiver & Mi Via Waiver Provider serving persons with developmental disabilities & their families. 24-Hour assistance is provided to individuals by a family member, companion, or surrogate. Substitute care is available. Assistance is also available to support individuals and provide primary caregiver relief from their care duties. A monthly calendar of events is published and reminders are sent about upcoming activities. Bilingual clinical evaluation and treatment services are also available.

Abrazos Family Support Services is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Their programs include Infant/Toddler Services, Autism Services, Autism Recreational Respite, Autism After School Program, Respite Services, and Family Living. Children from birth up to age three are eligible for Early Intervention services including Family Service Coordination, Developmental Instruction, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and Family Counseling. Respite is a service to families who are in need of a short break from their natural caregiving duties of a child or an adult who is diagnosed with a developmental delay or disability. The Family Living Program provides support to adults diagnosed with a developmental delay or disability to remain living in their own home, their family home, or a surrogate home.

Alta Mira provides a range of services to individuals who have been diagnosed with a disability, or who may be experiencing conditions which could cause a significant delay in their development. Families receive help and support to assist them in making sure their loved one reaches their full potential. Alta Mira provides both Early Childhood Services (for children age zero-three) and Family Support Services. Family Support Services include respite, family living, in-home living supports, community supports, Mi Via Waiver and exceptional family member program. Dungarvin New Mexico, LLC has been a provider since 1994 and currently provides services for more than 140 individuals. Supported living, residential and day services are provided within the following counties: Bernalillo, Cibola, McKinley, and San Juan. In addition, family living services are provided in the following counties: Cibola and San Juan. Family, Infant, and Toddler (FIT) Program services are provided in McKinley county, including Zuni Pueblo.

Tobosa Developmental Services in Southeast New Mexico provides services to individuals living with developmental disabilities. Services include day-hab, family living, assisted living, employment services, respite services, and a more intensive Supported Living program that offers 24-hour guidance to students with developmental disabilities. Supported Living is a safe home where students can build skills for independent living, while at the same time receiving the support they currently need to perform tasks of daily living such as eating, bathing, taking medication, meal preparation, laundry and grocery shopping. Tobosa Developmental Services works together with its two sister charities to support children and adults. Los Pasitos provides Early Intervention services to children aged birth-3 years, and Little Steps Learning Center provides childcare and education for children aged 1-12 years.

CARC offers child and adult services including FIT and child development services, adult habilitation, work services, supported employment, nursing, money management, socialization, and opportunities for the Special Olympics. CARC also supports individuals throughout their life span and improves quality of life by providing transportation, therapy pool, on-call services, case management, crisis intervention, and other activities and life skills.

Adelante is a diverse nonprofit organization offering a variety of programs for people with disabilities, seniors, and people with disadvantages. They provides community resources such as GiveABQ, Diverse IT, and food services. Disability services include employment and training, day rehabilitation, residential programs, and durable medical equipment. Services in senior programs include senior residential living, senior meals, and a senior center, and business services.

TACIL’s mission is to provide and(or) locate necessary support services for persons with disABILITIES that promote their independence and full integration in their community as active equal citizens. TACIL serves Catron, Dona Ana, Grant, Hidalgo, Luna, Otero, and Sierra counties.

The ILRC provides services for individuals with disabilities aimed at independence and serves Bernalillo, Cibola, De Baca, Guadalupe, Sandoval, Torrance, and Valencia counties. Services include Technical Services Program, Technical Assistance Program, Education and Awareness, Attendant Services Program, Nursing Home Transition, and Independent Living Services. Physical sites include the Albuquerque Main, East Mountain, Alamogordo, and Socorro offices.

ARCA is a non-profit organization that provides opportunities for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and cognitive disabilities to enjoy great lives. ARCA provides customized opportunities for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and cognitive disabilities to live, work and enjoy rich recreational experiences in valued community roles. Services include Acquired Brain Injury Services, Independent Living, Supported Living, Family Living, InterCare Living, Meaningful day Program, Supported Employment, ARCA Janitorial Services, La Paloma Greenhouse, SMART Living Program, Health Services, Health Promotion Initiatives, Foster Care, Prader-Willi Syndrome Project, and Respite.

The Community Benefit provides long-term services and supports to members who need assistance to live independently in the community rather than in a long-term care facility. The program offers many services from personal care assistance with daily activities such as bathing and dressing to employment supports and modifications to make your home safer and more accessible.
