PullTogether is about enlisting parents, families, community members, and young people to make sure children are safe, cared for, and ready to succeed. Pulltogether serves as an information directory to New Mexicans statewide by listing agencies that provides services and supports such as COVID-19 Information, Child Care Home-visiting, Behavioral Health, Substance Abuse, Family Services, Domestic Violence Services, and Career Services. is a hotline to help assist New Mexicans find these resources across all counties in New Mexico).

The UNM Center for Development and Disability (UNM CDD) serves children and adults with developmental, intellectual or physical disabilities throughout New Mexico. Programs include Autism Programs, Clinical Evaluations Programs, Early Childhood Programs, and other disability programs. The CDD also houses the Mi Via and Supports Waiver Consultant programs, the UNM CDD Information Network that provides resources to the community, and the Information Network Library. Services include home visits, screenings, evaluations, early intervention services, case management services and trainings.

Medical Home Portal is a tool and project that was implemented in 2001, and is utilized in Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Rhode Island, Utah, and in New Mexico that is a one-stop shop for children and youth with special health care requirements (CYSHCN) for Families, Medical Home Teams and Physicians, Caregivers and Other Professionals. They provide them with better knowledge of local resources for their care, practice-based case managers to link families and resources, and best practice guidelines for common chronic conditions in children.

The ADRC is here to assist elders, persons with disabilities and caregivers to find services and resources to help them live well and independently. Programs include Information & Assistance (I&A), Long-Term Options Counseling, Benefits Counseling, Healthcare Options, and Centennial Care Medicaid Waiver for Home & Community-Based Services (Our ADRC handles registry for the state Medicaid waiver). ADRC also provides Health Care Fraud Prevention, Prescription Drug Assistance (PDA), Community Information & Educational Presentation and New Mexico Social Services Resource Directory.

The UNM CDD Information Network provides information and resources by phone, email, and in-person visits. The Network has collected and verified a large number and variety of community resources and created tip sheets on topics most relevant to the development and disability community (although the range of topics is wider). The medical home portal, another source of reliable information about children and youth with special health care needs, and additional videos and resources are also accessible through the website. In addition the Network provides library services, presentations and outreach regarding the UNM CDD and Information Network services. The Information Network is funded in part through the New Mexico Developmental Disabilities Planning Council (NMDDPC).
