Humphrey House offers a residential treatment program, emergency based shelter, a semi independent living program, a semi independent living program for pregnant teens, and a transitional living program. Humphrey House offers counseling, shelter, and a residential treatment center for youth. We also have a group home and an adolescent day treatment center.

AMIkids offers a wide variety of programs and models, built to address each student's needs and strengths on an individual basis. All of the programs implement the AMIkids Personal Growth Model to separate their troubled past from a bright future. AMIkids program enhancements include on-site mentoring and career and technical education. They also provide residential treatment. Juvenile Justice Residential with or without Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse Treatment provides 24-hour rehabilitative care for youth referred primarily due to delinquency. Specialized Therapeutic Residential provides 24-hour psychotherapeutic rehabilitative care for youth with severe behavioral, psychological, or emotional problems. Child Welfare Group Care provides a 24-hour group living setting for youth requiring a structured out-of-home care placement. The AMIkids WINGS program model is designed specifically for girls, and services include comprehensive care management, therapeutic support services, student centered education, family engagement, skills building, and leadership development in a healing-centered environment. AMIkids also has several day treatment programs and family services. They also offer service coordination with local or state agencies to develop and manage a continuum of community based and residential services from subcontracted direct service providers.

Children's Treatment Center provides residential treatment services to children ages 4 to 12 who have been diagnosed with an attachment disorder; have a history of abuse and/or numerous out-of-home placements; or have exhibited other emotional and behavioral difficulties. They day treatment services to children ages 3-14 who are having difficulty in school, day care, and home settings. They also provide medication management to children and their families in need of psychotropic medications and evaluations.

UNMs Children's Psychiatric Center offers four available cottages for teen patients, which are staffed 24/7 by mental health specialists. The center assesses, treats and manages conditions such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, conduct disorder, depression and other mood disorders, PTSD and schizophrenia. During the stay of a child, the parent(s) will be able to call and visit. UNMs Children's Psychiatric Center offers group and individual sessions for the child during their stay at the cottages. There are also a variety of activities to participate in at the cottages.

UNM Children's Psychiatric Center provides intensive behavioral health care for children and adolescents through age 17. Children benefit from personalized care that may include inpatient, residential or partial hospitalization (day) programs at the center, which includes a 35-bed cottage-style hospital and adolescent inpatient unit. The Children's Psychiatric Center is the only facility in New Mexico affiliated with an academic medical center, and they are the only center in the state that cares for children with serious emotional disturbances—regardless of a family's ability to pay.

A residential behavioral health treatment center for youth ages 13-18, Butterfly Healing Center has a holistic focus and takes a strength- and evidence-based approach to care. With the goal of providing the best mental healthcare in Native America, they respect and honor their residents’ cultural traditions. As a part of the Circle of Life family, they actively work toward a future where traditional treatment methods coexist with Western medicine and where communities are self-sufficient and thriving.
