The New Mexico Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NMCADV) provides support and assistance to domestic violence programs across the state. They coordinate local and national responses to domestic violence, working closely with the New Mexico state legislature to enact policies, processes, protocol and laws. The NMCADV does not provide direct victim services. They provide training and support for facilitators participating in Battering Intervention Programs (BIPs) across the state. They provide support, training, and technical assistance for NM programs serving children, their parents, and caregivers impacted by domestic violence. They also provide financial literacy education, matched savings programs, and credit repair services for survivors and their families. They offer multi-disciplinary training (MDT) for law enforcement, medical professionals, prosecutors, and advocates. Need to speak with an advocate or victim services? Call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE(7233) or TTY 1-800-787-3224.
