Western Sky Community Care is committed to providing solutions for Medicaid beneficiaries throughout New Mexico. Western Sky Community Care, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Centene, in partnership with the New Mexico Human Services Department, will provide coordinated healthcare, long term services and supports, pharmacy, vision and transportation services. Western Sky Community Care will work closely with Primary Care Providers and Centennial Care enrolled members in providing comprehensive care coordination ensuring their medical needs are met. They partner with physicians, specialists, hospitals, and other providers, such as pharmacy and vision, to ensure that each member receives quality healthcare.

Presbyterian Centennial Care provides basic benefits, plus extra value-added benefits. It is funded in part under a contract with the State of New Mexico. The plan includes physical health, behavioral health, and long-term care services. Benefits can include Medisafe Medication Reminder, Traditional Medicine Value Added Service, baby benefit new mother program, and more.

The ADRC is here to assist elders, persons with disabilities and caregivers to find services and resources to help them live well and independently. Programs include Information & Assistance (I&A), Long-Term Options Counseling, Benefits Counseling, Healthcare Options, and Centennial Care Medicaid Waiver for Home & Community-Based Services (Our ADRC handles registry for the state Medicaid waiver). ADRC also provides Health Care Fraud Prevention, Prescription Drug Assistance (PDA), Community Information & Educational Presentation and New Mexico Social Services Resource Directory.

There are a few types of plans offered through BlueCross BlueShield of New Mexico. These are Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), a Participating Provider Organization (PPO) and CDHP. The premium is the amount you (or your employer) pay for your health insurance plan whether you use medical services or not. In most cases, it's paid monthly, but can be paid every 3 months or yearly. A copay is a fixed dollar amount you may have to pay at the time you get care. In most cases, it's a small amount, such as $20 for a doctor's exam. You won't always have to pay copays. The amount you pay depends on your health plan and which doctor you see.
