Programs that provide diagnostic and treatment planning services for people who are experiencing acute or chronic psychiatric problems. (AIRS RP-5000) These assessments and evaluations may be provided by a variety of professionals, including psychologists (PhD, PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW, LICSW), Mental Health Counselors (CMHC, LPC), and marriage and family therapists (LMFT).

Services Provided:

They provide behavioral health services to adults and children with emotional, behavioral, interpersonal, learning and substance abuse problems. They can help with living with the family or independently, parent/child relationships, family and peer relationships, managing behaviors, and making life choices. They can also help with substance abuse, anger management, depression and anxiety, education, employment/vocation, housing, juvenile justice involvement, mental health, and physical health.

Aprendamos Intervention Team is a therapist-run organization that serves children and families’ needs through early intervention. Team services include speech-language, occupational, physical, and family therapists. A nurse, nutritionist, family services coordinators, developmental instructions, infant massage therapists, and pediatric specialists are also available. Mental health clinicians specializing in play therapy interventions, MDMR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and more. The Autism program has 16 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and about 50 Registered Behavior Therapists (RBT).

Bilingual Multicultural Services, Inc. (BMSI) provides therapists that diagnose and treat individuals of all ages who are impacted by mentally, physically, developmentally, or emotionally disabling conditions. Various programs for all ages, providing occupational, physical, speech and language, psychological, social work, professional development and consulting, and birth-3 (FIT) services. BMSI special project include Project CIERA, Project TALES, Project BRIDGE, Project PLAY and promoting early literacy in young children.
