Services Provided: BreatheAmerica is a center of excellence dedicated to improving how healthcare services are delivered to patients who suffer from allergy, sinusitis, asthma and related ENT, airway and other allergic and immune deficient diseases. Our goal is improving clinical outcomes and improving patients' lives through procedures such as balloon sinuplasty and other treatments. The result is the reduction of overall healthcare costs and delivery of an exceptional, differentiated patient experience. BreatheAmerica employs a unique clinical and operational model that we believe makes a significant impact on the lives of patients who suffer from these diseases. This model was pioneered at one of the country's leading academic hospitals, and closely follows a set of widely accepted protocols and guidelines that are proven to produce improved results, but unfortunately are not fully utilized in many physician practices due to a variety of struggles intrinsic to the healthcare system. In short, BreatheAmerica is able to slow down and, in a systematic manner, provide the appropriate amount of time and attention needed to care for patients who suffer from a set of chronic diseases. Every patient receives ample time with a team of healthcare providers whose goals are to diagnose the root cause of the patient's disease, create a customized treatment plan specific to each patient and thoroughly educate the patient ensuring they properly understand their treatment plan and all their questions are answered-during the first visit to BreatheAmerica Various studies indicate that by utilizing these protocols and guidelines, as are used at BreatheASAP, patients will see a reduction in subsequent hospital visits, emergency room visits, pharmacy use, unneccesary and repeat sinus surgies and patients are able to get back to work and back to school. At BreatheAmerica, every patient leaves with a full understanding of their disease, its causes and triggers, and their plan of treatment so they can start a life of feeling good again.
