CDD Early Intervention with a team of professionals work with families to help them understand and address all concerns in developing an individual service plan that fits their lifestyle to include the child's everyday activities in their family and community setting. They offer Developmental Screening, Evaluations, Respite Care, Service Coordination, Speech-Language Therapy, and Physical Therapy. Other services include Hearing Screening, Infant Massage Instruction, Early Intervention Team Home Visits, Educational/Informational Resources, Transition/Advocacy, and General Family Support. Services offed to children aged birth to 3 in who lives in Colfax, Harding, Mora, or San Miguel counties.

Services Provided:

Las Cumbres Community Services, Inc. began in 1970 with a structured program of day habilitation services for developmentally disabled adults residing in Los Alamos. We added a therapeutic preschool for children in the Española Valley in 1979. Services for children, adults, and families have continued to expand since then in order to best meet the growing and changing needs of Northern New Mexico. Our offices are located in Española, Los Alamos, Taos, and Santa Fe. In 2019 Las Cumbres expanded to the Borderland Region of Las Cruces, El Paso, and Ciudad Juarez. Today, the agency is one of the largest social service providers in New Mexico. Direct services are offered in Rio Arriba, Los Alamos, Santa Fe, Taos Counties, and along the Borderland region, while education, outreach, and referral activities make a strong impact throughout the state and country.

Services for children include providing developmental support and speech and motor therapies to children ages infant to 3 years with or at risk of developmental disabilities or delay. Services for adults include support services designed to help adults with developmental disabilities live happy, productive, and fulfilling lives. Services for seniors include helping seniors remain in their homes with a good quality of life and assisting in day-to-day activities to ensure their safety. The majority of our services are provided in Valencia and Socorro Counties. We also provide some adult and senior services in Bernalillo County, children and adult services in Cibola County and McKinley Counties, and adult services in San Juan County.

Angel Care of NM, Inc. provides Family Living, Customized Group and Individual Community Support, Respite, and Speech-Language Therapy. Angel Care of NM is a locally owned, New Mexico Developmental Disabilities Waiver & Mi Via Waiver Provider serving persons with developmental disabilities & their families. 24-Hour assistance is provided to individuals by a family member, companion, or surrogate. Substitute care is available. Assistance is also available to support individuals and provide primary caregiver relief from their care duties. A monthly calendar of events is published and reminders are sent about upcoming activities. Bilingual clinical evaluation and treatment services are also available.

Abrazos Family Support Services is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Their programs include Infant/Toddler Services, Autism Services, Autism Recreational Respite, Autism After School Program, Respite Services, and Family Living. Children from birth up to age three are eligible for Early Intervention services including Family Service Coordination, Developmental Instruction, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and Family Counseling. Respite is a service to families who are in need of a short break from their natural caregiving duties of a child or an adult who is diagnosed with a developmental delay or disability. The Family Living Program provides support to adults diagnosed with a developmental delay or disability to remain living in their own home, their family home, or a surrogate home.
