Youth Development, Inc. (YDI), founded in 1971, is a nationally recognized youth and family services organization in New Mexico. YDI partners with families to fight poverty and can assist with preschool and child care, prenatal care, alternative education, job training and employment assistance, mental and behavioral health services, homeless assistance, emergency housing, mentoring, family development services, family counseling services and supervised visitation.

Services Provided:

The Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation provides adaptive programs, resources, and assistance that allow children with special needs to discover their independence and creativity despite their physical limitations, as well as financial support to the UNM Carrie Tingley Hospital for equipment and research. The UNM Carrie Tingley Hospital is the state’s only pediatric rehabilitative hospital and today serves thousands of children each year with many types of illnesses and disabling conditions. The Foundation has several programs outside the purview of the hospital, including the Patient and Family Assistance program that provides wheelchair ramps, bathroom remodeling, and rent and utility assistance; the Quality of Life program that offers recreational activities for children with physical disabilities, such as kayaking, sports, and Keshet dance; and the children's Camp Adventure program where campers enjoy sports, art, music, and games.

The Rotary Club of Albuquerque Del Sol is a group of active and involved community members with a passion for service and friendship. They engage in local and international community service projects and raise funds for charities serving children and families throughout the state. The New Mexico Governors Charity Ball, their annual gala and signature fundraising event, has raised nearly $1 million over the past fifteen years for important causes and deserving beneficiaries. The Rotary Club welcome community members to join them for fellowship, fun, and new adventures. The Cerebral Palsy Family Network (CPFN) is an online community for connecting and supporting similar families. In partnership with Howard Janet, founder of the Cerebral Palsy Family Lawyers of Janet, Janet & Suggs, LLC, and Dr. Giles Manley, a board-certified OBGYN, CPFN provides families with access to the educational, emotional, and financial resources they need to care for their loved ones.
